Beth LaShell

Beth LaShell is Coordinator of the Old Fort at Hesperus, after teaching agricultural courses in Fort Lewis College Agriculture & Biology Department. The Old Fort offers students, faculty and community an opportunity to conduct research, labs, senior seminars & community events. Her work includes Analyzing Hops Varieties for High Altitude Production; directing the Market Garden Incubator program, and supporting small farmers. She serves as Vice President of the National Steering Committee for Food, Land & People.
